Privacy Notice, Data Collection and Security

Your privacy and security is important so I only collect and keep information that is necessary to fulfill orders, commissions and to respond to enquiries or to send you any newsletter or special offers if you signed up to receive these.  If you are a customer, I keep email correspondence, notes on your order and details of previous purchases (eg style of pipe, colours).  I keep this in case we are discussing either a past or future order - I do not use these details for marketing purposes. 

I do not collect cookies for analytics on my website, so your visit is not being tracked and I am not using your visit to build up a profile of my customers for marketing or any other purposes. 

I will never pass your personal details to a third party for marketing purposes.

I only accept payment on my website via PayPal, which is a reputable online payment method, and any sensitive data you enter (eg card details) is not seen or saved by me.

I only store personal information (eg name, address, email address, telephone number) when there is a legitimate interest or consent eg:

• if given to me by a customer to fulfill an order

• if given to me by a prospective customer regarding an enquiry or future order

• if you have signed up to my newsletter. If you would like to be removed from my newsletter mailing list, please contact me.

Personal identifying information, as above, is stored securely on a password protected computer. No financial information is stored alongside your personal data and, as mentioned above, I do not store your financial details, so your personal details and financial details cannot be linked by me.
